When I first entered your forum, I actually
thought it was incomplete due to the fact that only guest are able to
see 2 forums only. Also, no offense but, your forum's Theme (skin) seems
a bit to simple. Try maybe locating a better professional theme for
your forum because, actually that's one thing members view, a nice,
sleek, & professional skin. The skin is very important, because
depends on the color it might set a mood to your forum, get me? Anywho, I
suggest to increase the amount of posts/threads inside of the
Introduction Forum. Why? The reason why, I'm telling you this is because
guests usually see first if the forum is active. How can they see this?
By viewing the amount of threads/posts inside that or all of the
forums. So, I suggest maybe letting your members know to introduce
themselves and post on other members' introductions. Moving on, the Logo
seems a bit to unsophisticated. If you're not a Designing Person, may
be try requesting a Logo here to be made for you.

with, you have a bit to much Staff Members for a very small amount of
members in your forum. Kinda scares members away. (IMO)One thing I
noticed, that your forum icons are to big, try requesting some here as
well. You're not in a bad start. Continue on what you're doing and
you'll succeed one day.

Oh gawd! another one of these!! John your forum is in its infancy and he/she acknowledges this then goes on to say there are too many staff! Take it all with a pinch of salt and carry on as you are. Take bits of advice from them but don't let them dent your confidence. As far as it goes its a fairly nice one, sometimes they can be quite vicious!

Constructive criticism can be a good thing but take this one for what it is - a rambling opinion from an internet troll.
